How long does it take to receive my custom order?
Since each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, custom orders typically take 3-4 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our New York studio.
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
We use high-quality materials including 14K Solid Gold, 10K Solid Gold, and 925 Sterling Silver. Our gold-plated items feature a thick layer of 14K gold over sterling silver for long-lasting shine.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized and custom-made pieces are unique to each customer, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.
